2009 Holiday Mini Sessions Announced! (St. Louis Holiday Photography)

Keep an eye out here as I will be updating a TON over the next week. I will be adding the new 2009 Card designs as well as catching up on TONS of missed sessions. I did try something new this year adding early bird and late sessions and I'm very excited that I've found a place that can be decorated early for the holidays! This will allow for earlier session dates and more time to order. Please pass this information on to anyone you think may be interested, the referral program is still in full effect - for every family that books and pays for one of these sessions and mentions that you referred them, you will receive a $25 print credit. If you refer 5 clients that book and pay for sessions, your session will be free - plus you get the print credit!!!! Please keep in mind that I only do these mini-sessions twice a year and they almost ALWAYS sell out...so book early, and bring your friends!! All mini-sessions will last between 20-25 minutes depending on the size of the group. Your session fee includes all listed items in your chosen package, up to 6 people – ($5 for each additional person), a password protected gallery for viewing and ordering your prints not to mention the perfect affordable gift for any family member hounding you for the newest family photo or updated pictures of the kids! A $30 deposit will be required to secure you date and time. Easter Orders...

Whew…I believe that everyone who NEEDED their proofs back for Easter ordering has them now! **VERY IMPORTANT** You must have your orders into me before 5:00pm tonight to have them back by Easter, I’m sorry no exceptions will be made.

I am now working on the rest of the proofs in the orders they were taken. I will have some a couple out tonight and the rest will follow with all of them back to you by the end of next week.

One last note - We will be on a mini-vacation for my son’s birthday starting at 5:00pm tonight and I will be unavailable until Thursday morning. I will return all calls and e-mails when we get back in town. Have a great St. Patrick’s Day!!

New Mini-Sessions Announced!

Here’s the scoop: I will be shooting a first birthday at the Faust Park Carousel this Sunday morning, and thought it would be a great time to start the first round of mini sessions this year. These mini-sessions are perfect for kids of all ages..birthdays sessions, engagement sessions, Easter photos, last minute senior photos…Don’t miss out on this great offer, space is limited and will fill up fast!

All mini-sessions will last between 25-40 minutes depending on the size of the group. You will be presented with approximately 15-25 images in a personal online gallery to choose from. These mini-sessions will have a special fee of only $40.00 and includes two 5×7s and one 8×10 from the session (up to 4 people - $5 for each additional person). You must pay the full session fee as a deposit within 48 hours of booking your appointment to secure your date and time. Your images will be available in 7-10 days (usually sooner) with a sneak peek posted on the blog within 48 hours. The available session dates and times are below and are filling up fast:

March 2nd- 11:00am, 11:45am, 12:30pm, 1:15pm(booked), 2:00pm, 2:45pm and 3:30pm~~I will have live chicks and bunnies for this shoot)

March 9th - 10:45am(booked), 11:45am, 12:30pm(booked), 1:15pm, 2:00pm, 2:45pm(booked), 3:00pm (I will have a live baby goat and possibly baby ducks for this shoot. If no duckies, the chicks and bunnies will be back)

If you are interested in one of these sessions, please go to the calendar, click on the date you are interested in (please click on the number) and it will bring up the session times available. Please make sure that you pick a ‘full session’ date for the maternity and newborn sessions and a ‘mini session’ date for the mini-sessions. This will send an e-mail to our appointment e-mail box and we should respond within 24 hours with an invoice for payment. If two people book the same date and time slot simultaneously, the first one in will secure the spot. If the time slot you are interested in is already filled, you may ask to be put on the waiting list. With the flu season in full swing, it is not uncommon to have a cancellation do to illness. I am offering several special packages to new and expectant parents for the new year. These sessions will take place in the comfort of your own home or at a mutually agreed upon location.

$50.00 - Simplicity - Single Maternity or Newborn Session Only - about 1 hour of shooting, includes four 5×7 prints, plus 10% off additional print purchases

$100.00 - Happiness - Maternity and Newborn Session Combo - about 1 hour of shooting for for each session, includes 4 5×7 prints from each session, also includes 25 standard 5×7 birth announcements and 10% off additional announcements and prints purchases.

$125.00 - Perfection - Maternity and Newborn Session Combo - about 1 to 1 1/2 hours of shooting for for each session, includes 6 5×7 prints from each session, 25 standard 5×7 birth announcements and a 10×10 collage print with images that you choose from either or both sessions along with 10% off additional announcements and prints purchases.

$175.00 - Bliss - Maternity and Newborn Session Combo - about 1 to 1 1/2 hours of shooting for for each session, includes 8 5×7 prints from each session, 40 standard 5×7 birth announcements and a 12×12 collage print with images that you choose from either or both sessions along with 15% off additional announcements and prints purchases.

******Please note that you may substitute a 1 month, 2 month or 3 month baby session in place of the maternity session and still receive the special pricing. A $40 deposit will be required to book your session. You must book and place your deposit before March 15th to take advantage of this special pricing.

Final Reminder

All orders that need to be received before Christmas should be submitted tonight and paid for no later than 10am tomorrow morning. The only exception to this is the photo jewerly, photo coasters and photo keychains…sample pictures will be posted this weekend…I PROMISE!! The deadline for these items is next Thursday the 13th.
